Welcome to our website, where you’ll be able to learn about our updated plans to bring new homes, workspaces, greenery and a school to the Thames Road Estate.

In 2021, we submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Newham to redevelop the site. Over the last three years, we have continued to evolve our masterplan in discussion with officers and community representatives, so the proposals better meet the needs of our community, policy guidelines and modern working lifestyles.
